Do I have to go on a special diet?
Identification that dietary factors could be playing a role in your health concerns may lead Nicole to suggest that you abstain from certain foods during your sessions. The aim is to give your body the best possible chance to recover and heal.

Common trigger foods include wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, corn and eggs.

It is important to reintroduce foods slowly, one by one, and monitor how you react to them.
Can children visit Hinterland Energetics?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, children often respond well to many healing modalities. This is because most children have been exposed to fewer stressors, such as a long-term poor diet, stress and environmental toxins, compared to adults. Nicole loves working with children.
Is Bioenergetics covered by my private health fund?
At this stage, Bioenergetics is not covered by any private health funds.
Is there anything I should do before a session?
It is recommended to abstain from caffeine, black tea, peppermint tea, alcohol or other stimulants prior to your sessions. Ensure you are well hydrated before, during and after sessions. Generally 30 mls/kg is recommended on a daily basis. This encourages toxins to be eliminated.

How long does a session take?
This depends on your unique situation.
